The only way to schedule a service appointment is to call Pete.I would like to report back on this review that Pete called me the very next morning to see what he could do to remedy the problem I was having. “While traveling it was like driving thru a hurricane when the windshield wiper failed. I googled Napa and it brought me to this store where the staff helped me with getting the correct wiper for my vehicle. The entrance was off a service road but was easy to find. Its what you would expect of a Napa and the staff is kind and friendly. Thank you for getting back on the road.”
