“I had tires put on at a dealership in Elk River. I had to go back and have them rebalanced. They proceeded to add more weight to the existing balanced tires. So I went to Heartland Tire in Ramsey. They checked the existing balance and determined that there was too much weight on them. They took all of the weights and then did a road load balance on them. I couldn’t have been more impressed by their work. They even gave me a military discount without me asking.
If you need tires or balancing, this is the place to go.”

“(EDIT) AFTER THIS REVIEW THEY REACHED OUT AND FIXED THIS MISTAKE FREE OF CHAGRE! Miscommunication while ordering tires on the phone wanted all four tires to be one size bigger than stock got my tires back two of them were factory size 2 of them were the size I ordered was told there was nothing they could do about it. That is what I ordered. Customer service not willing to let me return the two tires and get two to match unless I pay for two brand new tires, try to help out small business rather than going to corporate ran tire shop. I have had good luck in the past at PTL but this terrible example of customer service has convinced me to spend my money elsewhere.”

“I recommend this shop every time someone tells me about a car issue. They are the only shop I’ve found that doesn’t assume, and they speak to me in ways I understand without being the least bit demeaning. I have never felt taken advantage of at this shop. Last time I came in they listened to my issue and took a look and recommended me to a shop down the street they thought could do the job in less time and less cost and they were correct. They even went as far as calling the other shop to let them know I was heading their way so they could get me back on the road quickly (and they did, within an hour). “I can not begin to give enough kudos and thanks to these guys! As I'm right in front of their shop, my ignition coil goes bad and I'm getting a #1 misfire, it's Friday at 1pm, and I'm 40 miles from home. Tried the dealership right there but they (of course) had no availability and not willing to check. Stop in with these guys and were honest in saying they were busy/full but still managed to squeeze me in to check the code, confirm the issue, and FIXED IT by 4pm. And the price....less than other places even though it was an emergency and they were busy. They could have easily charged double given the circumstances but they didn't. They were honest, fair, and everything you'd want in a repair shop. Give these guys a shot and bring your vehicle next time you need service.”

“Here's what I didn't know about Costco Pharmacy: you don't have to be a member to the warehouse & online services! You can use Good Rx at Costco, but the membership price might* be better. I had to ask for the prescriptions that I had filled here-both were less expensive than Good Rx or my insurance (news to me!). You DO have to inform the cashier that you are a member & have them scan your card. It was well worth it to me to drive a little further & reap the substantial savings.While I was checking out, the next customer was buying dog & cat medicine for his pets! Plus, you can always stop at the snack spot on the way out & have a frozen treat!”

I arrived at the store with my Lexus GX after a catastrophic front tire blowout. A tow truck got me there at about 5:53 PM, only a few minutes before closing, and I was honestly expecting that I might have to leave the vehicle overnight.
Instead, Gatlin and AJ took care of me.
They helped get me set up with BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3s, and what started as a bad day ended up giving me the perfect excuse to finally upgrade all five tires, including the full-size spare.
I really appreciate them helping me even though I showed up right before closing. They could easily have told me to come back the next day, but they made sure I was taken care of and able to get back on the road.
