“I brought my older Buick in because the power locks had failed. I know hunting down an electrical issue is always a challenge. They quickly found and fixed the problem. I feel the price charged was very fair.”
“I'd give you 10 stars if I could.
Twice in 2 wks your biz exceeded my expectations!
My tires got rotated, balanced, pressure reset at NO CHARGE and I didn't even purchase them from a Discount Tire. Next, you guys repaired a hole in one tire that was created from a small screw. Again at NO CHARGE. Your staff is courteous, give timely service. I will defintely share my top 10 experience with others and shop your store when I need tire replacement. Thank YOU!”
“I always have the best service here. I usually drop my car off and then walk over to Starbucks to pick up a mobile order for coffee. When they rotate my tires, they are usually done before Starbucks even has my coffee ready.”
“Outstanding experience with Discount Tire in Rogers, especially Gatlin and AJ.
I arrived at the store with my Lexus GX after a catastrophic front tire blowout. A tow truck got me there at about 5:53 PM, only a few minutes before closing, and I was honestly expecting that I might have to leave the vehicle overnight.
Instead, Gatlin and AJ took care of me.
They helped get me set up with BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3s, and what started as a bad day ended up giving me the perfect excuse to finally upgrade all five tires, including the full-size spare.
I really appreciate them helping me even though I showed up right before closing. They could easily have told me to come back the next day, but they made sure I was taken care of and able to get back on the road.
Excellent customer service and a huge thank you to Gatlin, AJ, and the entire team.
P.S. I used Burda’s Towing. Check my review there! Called Burda’s at 05:04, towed, new tires in less than a couple if hours!”
“I did not have an appointment when I stopped in but my questions were answered and addressed with professionalism and efficiency. I was able to get in that very day!”
