“This store is super organized and clean! The first 2 things I always notice at any store, especially second hand stores. They do a fantastic job at separating literally everything by size & gender. They have a lot of brand new items from 3M winter gloves to baby teething toys! AND their prices are GREAT! Super friendly staff, and the quality things they sell is top notch like Nike, Sorrel, Sperry, etc. Will definitely be a regular customer from now on!”
“Reanna was phenomenal! We were welcomed with a warm welcome and excitement! She listened to my wants, likes, dislikes, and budget. I was able to pick out a few dresses along with Reanna picking out some as well. They had beautiful dress there. “Noticed a defect in a new Skol hat I bought from Sota at the state fair when I got home. Went to this St. Louis Park store the next day to see if they would exchange it. They didn’t have that specific hat since everything went to the fair, so he just made me a new one on the spot in 5 minutes. Best customer service ever. Love this brand. Love their people.”
“This Old Navy in the Mall of America felt very bougie! Not like your normal Old Navy store, this seem to be a step up and had an extensive selection. I highly recommend the store.”
“The workers were very very helpful one of the workers there (I don’t remember the name but he served in the military) helped me and my friend pick a nice jacket, and I overall think that store is my favorite! The worker also gave us stickers which was very nice of him.”

“Well organized and clean store. It is well stocked. The quality and volume of products is better than any other Once Upon a Child I've visited in the metro area. Because they're so well stocked and have high expectations for quality, it can be harder to sell. Great place to sell seasonal outdoor items like boots, shoes, snow gear.”
“We love going to Teeny Bee and finding the next great outfit for family photoshoots. There are always fun gender neutral patterns and colors, as well as cute dresses, comfy PJs, and dress-to-impress outfits. The owner is so kind and always has great suggestions when we need something specific for a new baby or event. We love Teeny Bee!”
“I love this particular location . I love how me and my husband can show our military IDs without having to open the military discount verification app (idk what it’s called) unlike old navy,adidas makes you require it for proof. I dont have that app so I have to bring my husband if I want to buy something at adidas. Anyway old navy just wants to see your physical military card for discounts and it’s so convenient. ❤️”

“This is a great boutique. I purchased all my children’s summer clothes here. The Owner set up a private shopping experience due to COVID19 precautions. She was super helpful by pulling things in advance in my children’s sizes and didn’t hover while I shopped. Sales are pretty infrequent here. I was told they unfortunately do not offer a Military Discount but was grateful she told me of the current sale of 20% off in store purchases with a gift card purchase. I did that over the phone. When I shopped I used the prepaid gift card amount and those items were discounted by 20%. I appreciated the heads up on the sale. I did not have my children with and I DID need to make a second trip to exchange for different sizes or items completely several days later. On this second trip Grandma pushed the baby while my toddler road his scooter in the area. After I had pulled all the correct sizes and new items my children popped in briefly to try on items I wanted to check for fit. The owner was kind and sweet with both of my children. It was a large haul and the Owner made the adjustments sweetly and smoothly. Do know this is a boutique. They have to stick strictly with their return/exchange policy. So plan on abiding by it. This is true of every boutique/small local businesses I’ve shopped at. This boutique has a good selection of organic clothing. Unfortunately, a limited selection of fair trade clothing. Overall, I’m super pleased with the quality of my children’s clothes from here and I would go back if in the area again to support this cute well run boutique. Thank you for making my summer children’s clothes haul pleasant, efficient, and seamless!”

“Beautiful store and, wow, what a selection of the latest baby items, especially for newborns and new mommies! Maegge and Kavi were incredibly helpful in the Edina store. The store is a must for buying special gifts to celebrate the new baby; the gift wrapping is gorgeous, and, again, you will find something that no one else carries, especially onesies and sweet baby stuffies, toys and books. While the store seems like an elegant boutique, Pacifier, a woman-owned local business with four locations, carries a lot of inventory and they are serious about their merchandise. Maegge and Kavi went out of the their way to find a product for me, and ultimately found it in another store. I look forward to shopping at Pacifier again and again. Very special place.”

“Came to this place for the first time with my friends and was immediately in my happy place. Plenty of vintage yet trendy pieces here.The men’s section is pretty tiny compared to the women’s, but I was still able to find some pretty good stuff. The first floor already feels big, but then there’s still another whole floor including a room full of shoes.I definitely recommend this place.”

“I was shopping for a gift so I needed help. Anna came over and my phenomenal experience began. I wanted a sweater and Anna tried everything to find one in the 3T size I needed. Even suggesting competitors. She offered to have one sent from the warehouse, but it wouldn't have arrived in time. Then all of a sudden she thought of the mannequin. Sure enough that was it. I will be shopping there over and over again thanks to such outstanding customer service.”

“There was a wide selection of clothing when I visited. There was a ton of clearance. The only problem I had was at the register when the sales clerk didn't want to the honor a sale that multiple sales person were advertising throughout the store. It took her to reluctantly radio her store manager for verification in order for her to give me the sale prices. That process was not only frustrating but also took time.”

“I was looking for matching shirts for me and my eight-year-old son. They had the size in stock for my son, which was great. We were able to try it on and ensure that it fit before we left. However, the larger sizes it appears they never have in stock, which they need to address. However, the gal that was assisting me (newer employee) was very nice and assisted me in ordering the shirt to match my sons. It was shipped to my house free of charge, which is honestly how it should be if they’re not gonna stock the item. Shipping was super fast. I wanted this for our family vacation in Florida in two weeks and I was advised the shirt would arrive in plenty of time. The shirt arrived in three days!! Outstanding service, outstanding quality, you get what you pay for! Great staff! This was a return visit and I will be back once again.”
“Edit: I am glad I bought my parka in 2020, because they substantially increased in cost since, and with climate change, we only had one weekend cold enough to wear it last winter. If you're putting money down on a parka this costly, you should have a lifetime membership to use the subzero room when it's scorching hot (the woman at the register did NOT have a sense of humor about this suggestion).
I had such a great experience buying my Canada Goose Chilliwack bomber jacket in Atlantic Navy. I had picked out the one that I wanted and I had it narrowed down to two colors - they had the navy in my size and I made the right choice. I also got to test it out in the subzero room (I would love it if you could use this room in the summer). It is such a warm winter coat that it rarely gets cold enough for me to wear it, even in Minnesota.”
