“I was shopping for a gift so I needed help. Anna came over and my phenomenal experience began. I wanted a sweater and Anna tried everything to find one in the 3T size I needed. Even suggesting competitors. She offered to have one sent from the warehouse, but it wouldn't have arrived in time. Then all of a sudden she thought of the mannequin. Sure enough that was it. I will be shopping there over and over again thanks to such outstanding customer service.”

“I’ve always loved Zara for the quality, style, and European feel of the clothing, but this time I really wanted to leave a review because the Mall of America store has improved tremendously. The store looked beautiful, clean, organized, and thoughtfully arranged by color. The customer service is always excellent: fast, attentive, and efficient. Dataveon assisted me personally, and I didn’t even realize he was the manager until the end of our interaction. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient, and I was very pleased with the way he handled my returns. I’ll definitely continue coming back.”
