“Shout to Karen last weekend for your incredible personalized, caring and attentive support last weekend! It was my first time shopping at Athleta and I so appreciated your recommendations and patience in helping me find the right fit. Karen, your awesome tips and passion for Athleta won me over. I’m not a fan of crowds and usually prefer not to buy in store but I’m glad I did!”

“We came in to buy my husband some pants today. The store was super clean, everything was organized so well and the staff was so friendly. Markus helped us out finding the pants and checking them out. Hopefully he'll be there next time we pop in!!”

“I went on Black Friday. Despite the large crowds, the customer service was exceptional. We always get our Christmas PJs from Carter’s. I haven’t found a better deal. They didn’t have the style I preferred in the store, so the manager helped me by searching their online inventory. I struck out there too, but she recommended some other styles that worked great.”

“Sebastian was very helpful in finding the right size and got all items fresh from the back.Prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for. The shirts have a very nice and soft material.”

“This is not your early 2000s A&F. It kept everything we loved back then. The on-trend styles are comfortable to wear with quality without the luxury price tag. I also loved that when things went out of season they were properly discounted to a very competitive price. The store looks nice and fresh and organized well. I have never seen fitting rooms that let you change the lighting to fit a scene, for example, you can see what your clothes will look like in the lighting of a campfire. That is unreal. The lights have come up a bit and your shirt won't smell like the store for a week after purchasing but I think I will live. The customer service is so much better. They are helpful and really want to answer your questions and help when they can. I believe they are attempting to be more inclusive and I almost fell over when I saw them selling maternity clothes online. I never thought I'd see the day. Check the prices of the jeans!! I have gone up to the register multiple times and what I thought was going to be $60 - $80 was actually $18!!! Typically they are not the newest freshest styles. Maybe older inventory that got lost in the mix. You will NOT find these prices online. Speaking of online they will absolutely price match if shortly after purchasing the item you purchased is discounted online.”

“There needs to be more staff helping out on the floor. There are many clothing items not hanging up or folded along with looking out of order. The staff currently working there are ALWAYS amazing because they are super helpful and very patient!! 5 star on the staff but there needs to be more help for the current team working there.”
