When speaking with Joe, it’s obvious he deeply cares for people and cares about your purchase at the store. He is very knowledgeable all the products we viewed. If we need further information, he knew how to get the answers pronto. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone in need of help at the store.”

“Interior Define makes it such a cinch to elevate your space! Angela has helped me on multiple occasions, over the last two years, bringing personalized customer service to each phase of my redecorating. There’s outstanding assistance with product questions and swatches but without any pressure to make a purchase. The Buy Now / Decide Later option is wonderful as well, since it allows the customer to capture a refundable sales price but finalize fabric selections up to 30 days out, even for online orders. Happy, happy, happy with Interior Define’s entire design process — what quality and integrity!”

“I heard of this place many years ago, but last year I moved in the area and finally got to experience the store. I mainly come here for the massages - what for my attention at first was the BOGO massage offer. They still offer this deal, but it is limited to new clients only, The store itself has a lot of pottery and home decor from around the world. Most times I go in there for a massage, I end up purchasing either their essential oils, body sprays, or room spray.
Scott has a talent of combining scents well and the best part is they're not overpowering.
I primarily have seen Scott for massages. You can tell he's very experienced and knows what he's doing. He takes direction well and gives the amount of pressure you're looking for. Joshua is very helpful at the checkout and always answers questions I have about the products. Scott has a certain lotion there that helps with sore muscles or arthritis. I forget the name of it, but he let me try it and it really did work. It's a little on the expensive side, but it works marvelously and I plan to get that in the future.”
“If you arrive and see a long line out the door, know that this spot is worth the wait! Inside you’ll find a delightful maze of vintage furniture, art, decor, and more. We found two oak bookshelves here. Hunting for vintage furniture with a small car is a challenge, so the fact that Chris delivered our shelves within two days, free of charge, was SO appreciated. “I recently had a couch delivered, and the entire experience went incredibly smoothly. The International Design Center warehouse team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
I also had a table from another furniture store with a trim piece that had chipped off. Kevin assured me he could fix it, but I was skeptical because it looked pretty bad. He ended up spending an extra 30 minutes on it - and they didn’t even charge me. The repair is flawless; you can’t even tell anything was ever broken. No one has noticed a thing since.

“They have the best gifts, jewelry, decor and so much more! The staff is friendly and they'll help you if you want to try any jewelry on or grab an item for you from the back. Their holiday items/decor are super cute! I always end up getting more than I what originally intended to but, lol. I also end up browsing the entire store because everything must be scoped out 😆

“Jared at the Roseville, MN store is a superior sales associate. I went in with my 80 yr. olf father to get a new bed. After spending 45 plus years on the same waterbed, my parents are getting a new bed but not before ever single question you can imagine was answered calmly, patiently and informationally...at least twice (dad has memory issues). Jared was attentive, energetic, and very helpful with a man who doesn't like change and can really be a struggle to explain things too. Though I know how amazing sleep number beds are as I have been sleeping on one for 20 years, convincing my dad was not a sales pitch it, Jared encouraged him, let him fully try everything and it was great to see my dad truly feel like this was a good decision and decide to buy. Thank you Jared!”
“Love this store. I get my body lotion and general-purpose cleaning solution here, along with sundry other things for the kitchen and bath. I love browsing each time I stop to see what's new and useful, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE that they provide recycling options through TerraCycle for items that would otherwise go in my trash. “We usually go to the Nokomis branch but saw the main store last week when they had a special sale event. There's a huge selection of earth-friendly goods and staples there, all of what the smaller store has plus more. We chatted with the staff who were very friendly and offered advice about the beeswax wrap I bought to try out. I'd recommend either store to anyone concerned with the environment and sustainability. Yes, you'll pay a bit more but it's worth it to know you're doing your part for the planet.”

“Went in seeking a rug, left with a gorgeous handcrafted masterpiece and a new friend. Mostafa was courteous, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I never felt pressured to buy more than I wanted - but stepping inside, I realized how many amazing quality items he carries. I’ll have to come back for a leather bag, as I saw several that I liked. 10/10 experience, a wonderful local business full of heart.”

Furniture is overuns or has minor cosmetic flaws but still solid for most applications. If you like the style & quality of room and board but not the prices check this place out.”
