“The rep I met in this store was alone, he said another staff had had to leave earlier in the day for health reasons. But he was very professional in handling the several customers in the store with different needs. I was impressed with his demeanor and attitude which neutralized the occasional negative feelings you have when a place is understaffed. He handled my need efficiently and still within a reasonable time.”

“Had an issue with my charging port on my ipad and stopped in. Josh figured the problem out in about 5 minutes, suggested a different charging cord they had and had me on my way charging me only for the cord. Prior to being helped watched him help an elderly customer and he was really good with them explaining everything in an easy to understand manor”
