I'd highly recommend going to this location just for her! ? My friends iPhone 11 was stuck with voiceover on and was she locked out for almost 6 hours when we decided to go to AT&T to get help. Tonya informed us that the Apple store at the MOA would just encourage buying a new phone and not fix our problem. Tonya recommended going to Best Buy and having Geek Squad take a look. After their help at BestBuy, which wasn't long, I'm thankful for Tonya W. being so helpful and informative/knowledgeable because it helped saved a lot of time and headaches.
