“I hope this message gets back to bank representative “Stephanie”. I made a phone call as my last resort of being without my payroll check as it was “on-hold”. I have no food at home and couldn’t pay my bills. She told me she could see what she could do but there was no guarantees that she could release the hold a day earlier. As it was set to release tomorrow. But she stated she would speak with management and call me back. She called me back and stated the hold was released and it was RESOLVED. I’m so happy for her wonderful customer service. This proves that they do care about helping resolve our concerns and I was grateful for any help I could get. As I was already at my lowest.
