On February of 2024, I purchased a Trek E-bike with only 6 miles on the odometer. Recently, I brought it in for a routine maintenance check-up, as it had accumulated over 2000 miles since its purchase. During my ride, I noticed an unusual knocking sound coming from the motor, a loose chain, and an inconsistent pedal rotation, which felt as if the pedals were skipping. After leaving my bicycle at the Rochester cycling business, I was confident that all the necessary repairs would be taken care of. I am pleased to report that my bike is now functioning smoothly, with all its components feeling secure and well-adjusted. Additionally, the bike was thoroughly cleaned during the maintenance process. I have been praising Rochester Cycling since I bought this bike. I recommend your company to anyone and everyone who will listen to me. Thank you so much for all you've done.
