They were very good at listening to what I wanted and gave me options based off that. They let me take it for a test ride and then when I made my decision they were able to check it over right away so I could take it home with me.

Had a great experience today when we dropped in to get my son's bike tires looked at. We are new to the bike stuff and Alex took the time to show us how to measure the air pressure and helped us find an affordable bike pump.
