My work shoes tread is coming unglued after 6months of use they though it was not uncommon and offered to reglue I expected my shoes to hold up at least a year updated store employee Paul called and gladly exchanged my shoes out so I changed my review

I didn’t ask the guy’s name, big guy with reddish hair, but every time I go he is the supreme example of great customer service. Makes me want to buy more work boots but I only need one pair at a time. It’s the little things that count and this guy is an expert.

Went in with my 85 year old father. They were pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable. I won't hesitate to go back and will tell everyone I know this is the place to go.
