I had a flight for 11:30am out of Rochester International on monday. I needed a new pair of boots before getting to my next jobsite(Mandatory). I called the previous Friday to see if they could open early and Aiden said that would be no problem! He just asked for my name and size. I get there at 9:40...the boots are already on the counter with a note with my info on them! I slipped them on they felt great super comfortable and they look sharp. Tried them on and purchased within 5 minutes. Best boot service I've ever received.
For anyone wondering i got the Truhiker 5in safety toe boots in light brown.
Theyre good looking, cozy and ASTM rated.

“We stopped in there today (Thurs June 30th) and really enjoyed shopping there. The woman working was very friendly and helpful. So helpful she helped me put in a online order for shoes that I didn't even know was possible. We live 9 hours away in ND and where we live all they told me was sorry we are out of those shoes and walked away. So I'm not kidding when I say she went above and beyond to help us out. The gentleman working there was very friendly as well I believe he said he's been there for 4 years I believe and shes been there longer he said.
