I needed a storage but did not want to go back to the one I have used in the past (horrible experience) but my parents told me about Midwest. When I called, Johnathan was so helpful and very knowledgeable on what size unit he thought I would need. He walked me through the whole process. When I moved my stuff in he even called to remind me I needed a lock and he which shows they really make sure your stuff is safe by doing routine checks. Not only was his customer service outstanding his knowledge was on point. The unit was exactly the size I needed. The whole experience was so easy and stress free. Midwest is very very clean, has all the necessary equipment to move your items to your unit, the building is so secure, the temperature regulation is awesome! And the customer service is top tier. I would 1000000% recommend Midwest.”
“Piepho moved us 3 times in 4 years. They were excellent each time. They were fast, reliable, efficient, and very careful with our belongings. “A Smooth Move (ASM) helped us in our transition from a large lake house to a much smaller residence in a senior living building. We initially found out about ASM by attending a presentation at the senior living. After chatting with the representative, we decided that they would be a good fit for us in what would otherwise be a difficult move.
The decision was a good one. ASM paced everything to be most helpful to us: the packers came in the day before the major move and did a great job of packing up all our fragile dishes, artwork, and other smaller items so everything was ready for the movers. On the day of the move, ASM provided plenty of movers to haul the big and heavy stuff from the old house. At the destination, they coordinated with the senior living staff to reserve the service elevator and brought and stacked everything in the new apartment exactly where we needed it. The packers carefully unpacked and placed all the dishes, cookware, and other items where we needed them.
Throughout the process, all the ASM folks worked carefully, diligently, and with good humor. When they realized they had left one heavy and important item behind—it was sitting behind a door—they happily picked it up and delivered it the very next day.
All-in-all, the move was about as seamless as we could have hoped and we are most grateful to all at ASM who helped. Accordingly we are happy to recommend A Smooth Move to any seniors who might be cont”

“Currently renting two 12x40 units from West Circle Storage. I initially had some issues with the gate within the first few months. I was upset and called and left a voicemail. The owner Greg called me back the same day and personally handled the issue and resolved everything for me. I'm greatful for Greg on taking care of his customers. Now everything is smooth sailing.
They take care of the area very well during winter time and I never have any issues with snow around my units.

“Matt’s Moving was a great service, I recently moved to Rochester from Minneapolis and had my entire apartment on the second floor moved to a single residence home. All work and travel ended up being around $1300 in total. Completed labor time was 2 hours for 3 techs including load/unload - drive time and distance was a flat rate. Not bad for an 80 mile drive.
The techs were friendly, respectful, and willing to accommodate however possible. Would definitely go with these guys again - quick and easy if you have everything staged and ready to go. These guys really relieved a lot of stress that’s usually associated with moving - 100% worth it.”
