He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the different boot options and help me find the perfect fit for my needs. You can tell he really knows his products and cares about making sure customers are comfortable and satisfied. Excellent service — I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend asking for Paul if you visit!”
“I found a pair of work shoes. But they had a defect that hurt my feet. The person helping me said he would order two pair . He said that was because maybe we could take those shoes and hopefully make up one pair without the defect. I bought the pair I found with no defects.”

“Terri was absolutely wonderful at Stride Rite. She got our son in shoes that fit around his brace. These are the first shoes we have been able to find him that fit him properly with his brace on. She even knew how to add extra insole into his other shoe without a brace. She absolutely is who to go to if your child has an AFO/SMO. We are from Texas and we’re seeing a specialist at the Mayo Clinic and from now on I will only be going to Terri when my son needs shoes. She is even going to help us order sizes throughout the year while we are in Texas. Her love of children is so evident, I just can’t say enough positive things about our experience.”

“Famous Footwear on Marketplace Drive has been my go-to shoe store for the 1-1/2 years that we have lived in Rochester, MN. They have a great variety of shoes and socks for all seasons and occasions. I was very pleased that they carry men's size 13 in most styles, for my adult son (aka "Big Foot"). I buy shoes here for my granddaughter's birthday and other occasions, because fancy shoes are her favorite gift. I'm also happy that Famous Footwear has a loyalty program with customer discounts. And the staff are friendly and helpful.”

“The staff was friendly and not pushy. I made it to the back of the store and back to the front of the store twice without being asked for help which is a personal record.I bought two short sleeve Buckle Black shirts which were on sale for two/$35.”
“We stopped in there today (Thurs June 30th) and really enjoyed shopping there. The woman working was very friendly and helpful. So helpful she helped me put in a online order for shoes that I didn't even know was possible. We live 9 hours away in ND and where we live all they told me was sorry we are out of those shoes and walked away. So I'm not kidding when I say she went above and beyond to help us out. The gentleman working there was very friendly as well I believe he said he's been there for 4 years I believe and shes been there longer he said. I hope this store knows they have two great employees working for them. Thank you!”
“Showed they had something online, but when we got there, we were told it hadn't been available for some time. However, we found a pair of shoes we wanted. A little disappointing that even though there was staff not busy with other customers we had to ask for help.”
