“I called around to get prices “worst case scenario” for my wheelchair equipped dodge caravan. I found Fleet Farm to be the best price. When I went to schedule an appointment I also noted what the SE Rochester Valvoline oil center had told me- I needed a new battery and had a coolant leak. I asked them to check on that. (They did, battery was strong and no leak was found).
Jeremy at the auto desk couldn’t have been better. He called me to update prices before doing anything. I needed pads, rotors, and 2 calipers! It was still a lot of money, but it was the best price around.

“The store is easy to get into & around in even for wheelchairs. They store & bathrooms were clean. The shelves & racks were not over stocked so it was easy to find what I needed w/out fighting other merchandise.”

“My mom and I had the most helpful and friendly experience I've ever had at Macy's, all thanks to a lovely woman named Michelle who was working near the east entrance. She was incredibly informative and helpful, we chatted while she rang us up and I want to thank her for all of her kind assistance. When my mom wanted to order a pair of pants online, Michelle found out there was one pair in the store and set off to find them. Michelle is a shining example of what 5 star service is. Thank you so much, Michelle, you made our day!”

“I can generally find what I'm looking for at Target. I tend to go when I know there are having sales, however. The store is always neat, clean and uncluttered. I also appreciate that they don't seem to be stocking during peak shopping times - that clutters aisles and slows down the shopping trip.”
