“We are not a family who goes to the doctor for every little ailment and have had some negative experiences at nearby clinics that have really made me hesitant to seek care. Yesterday my 17 year old daughter has been dealing with cold symptoms for at least a month, if not longer. Her right ear has been continually plugged up and is affecting her hearing. So we thought we better rule out an ear infection. Dr Stephannie was the doctor on staff when we went to the Urgent Care. Urgent Care waits are normally long and I can only imagine the stress on the doctor trying to help all of those patients. Stephanie was present for us during our visit, we didn't feel rushed, even though we knew the long line waiting behind us, we felt heard. She didn't make us feel shamed for waiting so long to come in, she didn't try to diagnose something that wasn't there, leading us to an Rx we didn't need. In short, both my daughter and I immediately upon getting outside of the clinic said "I really like her!" Thank you Dr Stephanie for giving me a little more faith in the health system. You possess all the important traits that a patient wants in a doctor. You are knowledgeable and balance that with a true care and relateability to your patient. THANK YOU!”
