“The front desk was very kind, went above and beyond for another person there also for a walk in and they gave me a very accurate wait time until I would see a provider. It was a little over an hour wait but what I am used to for a walk in urgent care during a high peak flu season. I will do the online save a spot in line next time which they kindly told me about for in the future. The provider, Danielle Swanson, was very kind to me and my toddler. She was knowledgeable, relatable and patient. For my first time ever using the urgent care, I was impressed. Thank you!”

“Went for a TSA Precheck application completion and the process was seamless! The door itself is a bit tricky to find but there are signs at the entrance of the parking lot to direct. My appointment took no longer than 10 minutes and the woman working was very friendly and explained everything well! I’m not sure how to spell her name, (Laurecia or Laureesha?) but extra kudos to her!!”
