“Northland Collision makes getting body work done a genuinely great experience every time. My most recent visit was after my parked car was sideswiped. I went through the at fault driver’s insurance and chose Northland again since I’d had such a positive experience before. They did not disappoint.
They provided a quote within 10 minutes, and when I dropped off my car, they clearly explained the process. I would only pay what insurance covered, and they would handle any additional costs directly with the insurance company. I did not have to manage anything.
They even drove me to Enterprise to pick up my rental, which made the whole process feel easy and seamless. When my car was ready, they let me know I could return the rental to them and they would take care of the rest.
I got my car back beautifully repaired, and as a bonus, it was freshly washed and detailed. Such a nice surprise.
I would never hope to need body work again, but if I do, I would not go anywhere else besides Northland Collision!”

“Sadly ,I was hit by a car who ran a red light. This is my first accident but to be honest I had the BEST experience getting my car repaired at this location. I went on vacation for 1 a week and within that week I was always informed of what was going on with my car. Everyone is very professional and answered all of my questions. If i'm not mistaken the whole process took under 2 weeks. When I came back from vacation my car was back to normal as if nothing ever happened to it. “I had a limited amount of time getting ready for a long haul to northern Minnesota. I just did my own headlight assemblies and no shop wanted to help out aligning lights. I walked in and was immediately helped, greeted and super nice staff. They began to write up an estimate and they just decided they would just take care of it for me. The Manager Adam, was super nice to talk with, I also learned he loves fishing as much as I do, the more anglers I meet the better. This place was super friendly and really helped me out, they have certainly earned my future business. The very much so demonstrated they care about anyone that walks through the door. While Caliber wasn't going to be the place to ultimately be able to help he went above and beyond talking me through what I needed and even getting some of the scratches out. This is the trend I have seen with this location as I have gone in the past for a non at fault accident repairs and had wonderful service as well.”
“We had our front end repaired in 2022. In 2024 some of the paint on the front bumper was starting to peel. They looked at the car and they said "We'll take care of it". Picked up the car today and it looks like a new car. Great to deal with a repair shop that values both integrity and workmanship!

“I took my 2025 Kia Sorrento to Jeff Belzer because I had purchased it there. Someone backed into me when they were leaving a parking lot and didn’t leave me any information. I chose not to let my insurance company know. They had my car for 10 days and came in $500 under their estimate. I could have had a car to borrow, but we made it work without one. I can’t tell that the car had any damage at all and I’ve been telling everyone.”

I am from WV and was only in the area 4 days. I spoke to Max on Friday not long before they were closing and found out they would not be open over the weekend. Saturday was the only day I would have to get my door exchanged and he came in to do it for me. They had my truck back to me with 2hrs and they had not only changed the door but moved the glass from my door to the new door which was important because it has my business logo on it. He also swapped the speaker and the outter molding which was different on the new (used) door. And to top it off, he let me use his car to go to the local library and wait so I could get some things done.

Classic gave the best bid for stellar work.They were all so friendly and helpful.They even came into work early so we could drop it off before heading to airport. “I am an amateur car collector/car lover and have tried a variety of shops (when needed) over my 50 plus years of collector car ownership. My current cars are from 30-100 years old, and I thrive on them being “kept up”, and in pretty decent drivable condition.
Regrettably on most occasions before I found Straightline Customs (SLC), I was never totally overjoyed and ecstatic with the finished product.
Since finding Straightline Customs, I have always left “more than happy”. I have used them on numerous occasions and even as I write this review, another is in their shop.

“Just had a dent taken out by Steve. The paintless dent repair was great. Turned out fantastic. There was one spot he couldn't get too because of a weld in the corner of the door. However he did a remarkable job at attempting. Since it didn't come out all the way, he dropped the price he quoted.Awesome service, and friendly. Highly recommend for the paintless dent repair. This is big business not willing to pay their business costs by passing the swipe fees to their customers. In addition, they told me at pick up time. I found this quite sneaky. Won't recommend them.”
