“Northland Collision makes getting body work done a genuinely great experience every time. My most recent visit was after my parked car was sideswiped. I went through the at fault driver’s insurance and chose Northland again since I’d had such a positive experience before. They did not disappoint.
They provided a quote within 10 minutes, and when I dropped off my car, they clearly explained the process. I would only pay what insurance covered, and they would handle any additional costs directly with the insurance company. I did not have to manage anything.
They even drove me to Enterprise to pick up my rental, which made the whole process feel easy and seamless. When my car was ready, they let me know I could return the rental to them and they would take care of the rest.
I got my car back beautifully repaired, and as a bonus, it was freshly washed and detailed. Such a nice surprise.
I would never hope to need body work again, but if I do, I would not go anywhere else besides Northland Collision!”

“Sadly ,I was hit by a car who ran a red light. This is my first accident but to be honest I had the BEST experience getting my car repaired at this location. I went on vacation for 1 a week and within that week I was always informed of what was going on with my car. Everyone is very professional and answered all of my questions. If i'm not mistaken the whole process took under 2 weeks. When I came back from vacation my car was back to normal as if nothing ever happened to it. “I ran into a fire hydrant, which took out my tire and banged up my front bumper and my cruise control was also affected. Alex at Caliber Collision in Eagan on Town Center Drive took great care of my car. He kept me updated with text messages during the entire process. They had a rental car waiting for me, which made the whole process easier. My car looks and drives like nothing ever happened. You would never know that my car was damaged. When my credit card was expired and got declined at closing time, they let me come back the next day with my credit card that worked. They went above and beyond to make sure my service went smoothly and I appreciate it. I will give this business 10 stars and I would recommend Caliber Collision to all of my family and friends.”

I am from WV and was only in the area 4 days. I spoke to Max on Friday not long before they were closing and found out they would not be open over the weekend. Saturday was the only day I would have to get my door exchanged and he came in to do it for me. They had my truck back to me with 2hrs and they had not only changed the door but moved the glass from my door to the new door which was important because it has my business logo on it. He also swapped the speaker and the outter molding which was different on the new (used) door. And to top it off, he let me use his car to go to the local library and wait so I could get some things done.

“Recently purchased a used vehicle for my son. Noticed an issue with driverside door closing, but not sealing/aligning all the way. Went for an estimate to see what is wrong and the cost. Ferris checked out my car and after some review, he thought a simple adjustment to the latch could do the trick. Sure enough a quick 10 minute adjustment and there was noticeable difference. Ferris did advise that if I noticed the air sound as before it may be the seal. I was in and out with in 15 minutes and a plan moving forward. Ferris was kind enough to do the adjustment free of charge. Lucky for me the small adjustment worked and I rode home in silence! Thank you Ferris and Superior, you've earned a customer for life!”

“I am an amateur car collector/car lover and have tried a variety of shops (when needed) over my 50 plus years of collector car ownership. My current cars are from 30-100 years old, and I thrive on them being “kept up”, and in pretty decent drivable condition.
Regrettably on most occasions before I found Straightline Customs (SLC), I was never totally overjoyed and ecstatic with the finished product.
Since finding Straightline Customs, I have always left “more than happy”. I have used them on numerous occasions and even as I write this review, another is in their shop.

“I had some damage to my aluminum tailgate on my new Ram PU. Caliber Collison's bid was double than Trail. I was told by Caliber all the plastic logos and top tailgate foil would break and would cost me around $500 to replace.
Trail Autobody removed and reinstalled all the plastic parts. Bryan who I first met with made me feel confident about their workmanship.
Matt who did the work made the repair look like factory condition and even repaired some small dents not quoted in the proposal. When I picked up the truck I noticed a couple of microscopic nibs in the paint and brought it to Matt's attention. He immediately spent a couple minutes wet sanding and buffing them out.
Trail Autobody is a small intimate business that does extraordinarily great work. I highly recommend this service and 100% will patronize their company for all my auto body work

I chose not to let my insurance company know. They had my car for 10 days and came in $500 under their estimate. I could have had a car to borrow, but we made it work without one. I can’t tell that the car had any damage at all and I’ve been telling everyone.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Apple Collision & Glass in Lakeville.
I came to them after a very frustrating experience with a prior repair where my vehicle’s front bumper had been repainted multiple times but still did not match the rest of the car. What started as a simple repair turned into a much larger issue due to repeated unsuccessful attempts.
From the beginning, Apple took a completely different approach. They thoroughly evaluated the vehicle, confirmed the color was incorrect, and clearly explained what it would take to fix it properly—including spray-out testing and custom tinting. It was obvious they cared about doing the job right, not just quickly.
