“Last July of 2025 I had my Saturn ion in for a starter replacement and Eric and the staff could not have been more accommodating and professional and honest. they took care of the issue in quick order and had me back on the road in no time. He is very honest and the prices are way more than fair. I also had a intermittent starting issue with the ion which ended up being a faulty battery they went ahead and changed the battery out and I still had an issue or two with it not starting all the time so I took it back and we discovered that the bolt that bolts the positive cable to the battery was stripped. He replaced it with a new one at no extra charge and said have to make things right for the customer that's what keeps people coming back and I agree such a wonderful young man. I will always bring my cars in for him to service end of story, easy Auto repair is a 10 in my book. I just had my front brakes and calipers replaced on my 2006 Jeep Liberty today Eric and the staff were more than accommodating and getting those tests taken care of as they always do every time I come to have something repaired. I will be going back again to replace the rear brake rotors and pads at a different time and I would never hesitate to go to the shop to get anything fixed most of their business is word of mouth and well worth it for a reason they're honest they're price point is on Target what else can I say another 10 in my book thank you Eric and easy Auto repair.”
“I realized 30min before Johnson’s closed that my other headlight (so both) had gone out and I wouldn’t be able to drive to work in the dark the next morning. They were so kind and took me in last minute to help get my headlights replaced even with only 15 min left of their day being open. He was so helpful and I couldn’t be more greatful. “Recently purchased a used vehicle for my son. Noticed an issue with driverside door closing, but not sealing/aligning all the way. Went for an estimate to see what is wrong and the cost. Ferris checked out my car and after some review, he thought a simple adjustment to the latch could do the trick. Sure enough a quick 10 minute adjustment and there was noticeable difference. Ferris did advise that if I noticed the air sound as before it may be the seal. I was in and out with in 15 minutes and a plan moving forward. Ferris was kind enough to do the adjustment free of charge. Lucky for me the small adjustment worked and I rode home in silence! Thank you Ferris and Superior, you've earned a customer for life!”

“My son and I were coming home from a camp and noticed the TPMS sensor turn on. We decided to get off the road and go fill up the tire and this was the only place with air at this intersection. Lo and behold we had a flat tire by the time we pulled up to the air hose and could hear the air hissing out. The owner was there and asked if we needed anything. I mentioned we had a flat tire. He dropped everything (he had like four cars he was working on) and helped us fix the flat and get us back on the road. Next the cashier gave my kid a free candy bar. Their service was above and beyond. If you live in this area and need a mechanic, I would 100% go here and check them out. It’s rare you get customer service like this.”
