“This Old Navy in the Mall of America felt very bougie! Not like your normal Old Navy store, this seem to be a step up and had an extensive selection. I highly recommend the store.”
“The workers were very very helpful one of the workers there (I don’t remember the name but he served in the military) helped me and my friend pick a nice jacket, and I overall think that store is my favorite! The worker also gave us stickers which was very nice of him.”
“This sports apparel store is on the 2nd floor of The Mall of America. They have a large selection of Big 4 merchandise as well as merchandise featuring other sports like MLS, racing, collegiate, and others. They do offer deals and sales on some of the merchandise that I saw in the store as well. It does have some things that other stores like like banners, cups, and other things that may make good gifts for fans of teams.
Why did I deduct a star? As with many other stores of this nature, it is easy to find better deals on this merchandise online. I am not sure if they do any type of price matching but I did not see any signage stating so. Despite this, it is a good sports apparel store and I would visit it if this is merchandise I was in search of.”
“I came into the vans store 10/9 around 2:15 pm the other day looking for a fashionable pair of shoes, I had a lovely sales associate with fiery hair and stellar eyeliner help me out to actually purchase my shoe online! Not only was the shoe on sale in store but she also pointed out that the website was offering an additional 20% off! She gave astonishing customer service and insisted I found the most comfortable size for me before purchasing! she made me feel very confident in my purchase and I left the store very satisfied and happy! No doubt I’ll be back:) thanks girl!”

If a traveler seeks variety, they will not leave disappointed. Browsing feels like navigating a hyperspace lane of music, anime, and nostalgia all at once.

“My father and I were traveling. We went to this location as we do not have one by us, and Untuckit is his favorite shirt, if not the only shirt brand he will wear. We wanted to write a review to acknowledge the employee who assisted us during our time there. His name was Nicholas (Nick). He was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly patient, advising, assisting, understanding, and most of all, helpful. He found every size and color my dad wanted in all of the shirts he wanted, and got my dad to try new styles (and like them!). He gave us waters, and when we asked for MOA food recommendations he gave us wonderful restaurants, at which we ate that evening. We wanted to recognize him but there is no employee review specific page on the website, so instead, we are writing here to reflect our experience with him at the store. The store was very clean, well organized, aesthetically pleasing, and he handled all of the people coming in and out well. His kindness meant so much to us! Thank you, Nick!!”

“I bought 3 pairs of jeans here and needed them altered. When i got them back, 2 pairs were too short. The manager, Jake, took care of me and got me 2 new pairs. This level of customer service is something I don't find these days! Jake's service should be rewarded and praised. He has gained my loyalty to his location and will travel extra distance to shop from his store. We'll done, Jake!”

“Quinn and Evan were super helpful today! When I couldn’t find what I was looking for in store Quinn found it immediately online - showed me all my options - and when I purchased my sweater, Quinn assured I got my discounts and free, speedy shipping right to my door - along with a 10% off coupon for my next visit! Evan was so kind during the whole experience today while checking out with the hat I purchased in store, too - all while working really hard in the background to tidy up some things previous customers left. You could absolutely tell they were both passionate about helping people and keeping customer satisfaction solid. Overall a fantastic experience and I can’t wait to see them again. Thanks folks!”
“I came in to buy some shoes and the customer service was exceptional, 10/10! A young man named Zay (i believe) assisted me. He was very quick and brought out multiple sizes for me to try on without me even having to ask. The checkout process was smooth, a very young fellow named izu and i had a wonderful conversation. “This location is AMAZING during weekdays; but can be very busy on weekends. Haley and Griffin were welcoming, informative, and helpful. They had an instant answer to all of our questions, and went above and beyond supporting my girlfriend and I in finding the perfect pair. I learned about online and shipping offers, and much more. Truly enjoyed my shopping experience at this location. We got fitting rooms in a very fast manner and again, great help.”
“I had to share my quick experience with this store. I went here today intending to check out wool blankets, even though they weren't on sale. I also planned to peak at clearance clothing, if there was any. 3 hours later I walked away with $$$$ of stuff for really good deals. The mothers day 30% clothing sale and accessories was going on, but this sale also included a ton of men's wool clothing like wool flannels, wool sweaters, wool hats, wool vests, ect. I wasn't expecting that. As a plus size woman I wear L or XL in men's tops. I walked away with my partial dream wardrobe. 2 vests, 3 board shirts, 3 sweaters, 1 blue westerly sweater, 1 hat. All were 100% wool and were already marked down to begin with, plus I got extra 30% off.Finally, I knew I couldn't afford all the clothing plus queen blankets, which is what I originally came for. However, I had pretty much given up when I discovered the Pioneer loom blankets. Today they had a bunch in stock which I guess normally they struggle to keep them in for long. These are blankets made from yarn remnants. Very primitive design, simple stripes, yet multiple colors used. I was told they are napped, but if they are it is a very tight weave. They are more scratchy, reminds me of old military issue blankets. I got 3 of these remnant blankets in a king size for my queen sized bed for the same price I would have paid for just 1 fancy designed unapped king virgin wool blanket.I highly recommend this store. Watch for sales. Both sales ladies were great. The night shift lady spent the most time with me and went out of her way to answer many style questions about fit, color, how clothing looked on me. She also kept a running tally of my purchases as I found more items so I could keep on tracking with my large budget.Highly recommend!!”
“I stopped into Tommy Bahama to shop for a work conference in California. The dress code was resort casual. Janice was so incredibly helpful and sweet! She helped me find some amazing dresses and a few very versatile jackets to wear. I felt so comfortable and confident while in California! I wish I could thank her personally! Definitely will be back and will be LOVING my purchases I made for a very long time!”
“Finally found a pair of shoes to replace my old discontinued Bostonian's, nay, I would say an upgrade. Love my new shoes, feel great, look grate and holding up well after 2 months! Also price is great, only like $10 more than my old brand but well worth it! Will come back again fo shizzle! Looking forward to buying a pair of the XC4s next time! “Very easy parking. They have a parking ramp where you can park when it’s super sunny and you don’t want to have your car bake in the sun or if it’s raining. The store is very well stocked. It’s very clean. The staff is extra extraordinarily nice and helpful. If you can’t find your Levi’s jeans here, you’re probably not going to find them anywhere. I would highly recommend this store.”

I love how me and my husband can show our military IDs without having to open the military discount verification app (idk what it’s called) unlike old navy,adidas makes you require it for proof. I dont have that app so I have to bring my husband if I want to buy something at adidas. Anyway old navy just wants to see your physical military card for discounts and it’s so convenient. ❤️”
