“I rented a unit based on safety and convenience after downsizing my shop. Christian was super helpful and very kind to me during my contract. I moved to smaller units over the 2 yr period and he was helpful in securing different units for me. You know exactly what you’re getting and of course the price goes up every so often. Either a bell in your heads goes off in your pocketbook or you get your butt in gear and discard/donate your stuff. I never felt like I was paying too much for a secure and safe storage unit.

Four stars because of bad info from the (now former) owner that caused a problem, and although the issue couldn't be resolved, they did make it right and the amazing crew adapted and still got it done. 4 1/2 stars if I could!”

“Storage space was easily rented but suffered from being locked in Ice. Took some work and some effort to dry out the space. But it worked and having protected items with heavy plastic bags all turned out well. Access was good. Inspect and protect and all is good.”

“Easy lot to back into, it is a little tight if docking nearest to receiving door, but manageable. Receiver folks are nice, may sit on dock a little longer, I think it just depends on the days you get there or hours. Usually I am unloaded within an hour or less. No parking on property.”

“The Rosemount MN location for the storage unit is awesome. My unit is on the main floor, drive up and staff here are great! I took a small load of boxes today and was able to handle them with ease. Even with my back issues I was able to go slow and accomplished a task I haven't been to do for quite awhile.”
