We have a laundry closet on the 3rd floor of our townhouse and they said that would not be a problem. The delivery and installation was fast and professional, they even helped me get the last pipe that was stuck. Totally recommend this service.”

“I arrived around 3:30 pm on a Sunday. This location closes at 4 pm. The lone employee, named Abhi, help me with two different returns and a package that needed to go with another carrier. He printed off the forms that I needed, and patiently made sure I had all my questions answered. This is my second experience with this UPS Store location and I have been impressed by their customer service on both occasions. Excellent work!”

“Left Plainfield Indiana to go home to White Bear Lake Minnesota. I left my phone, and a whole bag of clothes in the hotel room. The hotel staff (I posted a review of them as well) had taken my forgotten items to the UPS store in Plainfield on Tuesday night. 7:30 a.m. Wednesday morning I had my phone back. Very very impressed!”

“This has to be the nicest USPS I've ever seen with engaging, polite employees. The lobby was clean and very well stocked. After using the self-service kiosk I started browsing (who browses in the post office) and the employees engaged in conversation with me and gave me tips for the best packaging for my shipping needs. The people who work at this location should be recognized for the pride their customer service and obvious pride they take in their work.”
“Best Fedex I have ever used! Friendly and helpful customer service. Often meet me at the scanner by the door to take my ebay shipped package. Gave me good tip on finding certain boxes since they didn't have the right size. Very well managed as several employees are very positive and engaged. Way better than USPS or Eagan Fedex.”

“I don't find him to be angry, he's not cheerful or anything, I think he is pretty cool, he held onto my package longer than the post office normally allows because he knows that I'm a long haul truck driver and it's difficult for me to get to my PO box often, the other people who left the reviews are just soft, they need to be comforted just to get their mail, it's just business don't get so personal”

Will listened, understood, answered our questions clearly, and offered additional very helpful information and forms. He went above and beyond by typing up a form for us. Absolutely superb customer service! He single-handedly restored our faith in DHL.”

“I’ve had pretty good and reliable service. Thank you for that. I have one suggestion. If there is a vehicle consistently blocking your access, will you please leave them a note and tell them to stop breaking federal law? Since they’re not blocking access to their own mailbox, I’m assuming you’re either still delivering their mail or they just don’t care. Either a note or allowing them to share the inconvenience by skipping their mail too would be great. Yes, I could tell them myself, but I have zero patience for people who lack common sense and am terrible at hiding it. Thanks again!”
