“We've used East Valley Animal Clinic for years. They fixed up one of our dog's legs when she dislocated her ankle using cutting edge technology for the time (3D printed orthotic). They spent a lot of effort on her case and explored various options. We felt they informed us as much as possible on our decisions and answered all of our questions.
When our oldest dog got very sick suddenly, we called and explained it was urgent she be seen, and they fit her in the same day. We suspected we were going to have to put her to sleep, and they offered to do a "Quality of Life" visit with us. We got to sit down with the vet while we explained what had happened and she helped us make the very difficult decision to put her to sleep. She and the tech were very compassionate, left the decision to us, and gave us their feedback. We really just needed to know we were making the right decision, and she helped greatly with that. Despite them being very busy, we weren't rushed or made to feel as though we were under any sort of time limit to say goodbye to our dog.
We are very grateful to have them as our vet, and wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else.”

She offered compassion and made me feel the best I could about the decision i made of putting my cat to sleep. Unprompted, she also brought me a little jar of my cats fur with a little engraved metal heart tied to it. “I'm so happy I found ValueCare! The prices here are super reasonable compared to other vet clinics. I called around to get a few quotes for my dog's gastropexy surgery and ValueCare was the lowest BY FAR. With 2 great danes, our vet bills can get pretty hefty, but we save so much money by taking them here! Even though the prices are a lot lower, the service is still top-notch! The vets and techs here are all super sweet and knowledgeable. Our dogs love coming here and we'd highly recommend ValueCare!”
“Enrolled my dog in the "Positive Dog Training" classes for Adult Dog Level 1. I was lucky enough to get Paul D as our trainer. The commands he presented were clear in both word, print out and example which he had us practice several times and not too much in one week so we could really get our dogs solid on the homework. My dog was also having issues being around strange dogs, but with Paul's help during class I think my dog is on the road to a full recovery there as well (from whatever spooked him in his life before I rescued him). “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Apple Valley Banfield saved my dog’s life!
We brought in our middle-aged rescue mix for a routine nail trim and anal gland expression. During the procedure, the vet tech noticed something unusual and immediately brought it to the attention of the veterinarian. They recommended a biopsy, and Banfield went above and beyond to help us move up our renewal so the biopsy could be done at the same time as his dental cleaning while under anesthesia.
That decision made all the difference. The biopsy revealed an aggressive form of colon cancer — but because it was caught so early, our dog was able to have surgery and complete chemo treatments through a specialist vet. Banfield has continued to be an incredible partner, coordinating closely with the oncology team and providing regular checkups to support his recovery.
He just finished his last round of chemo, and we’re now moving into the monitoring stage. I will always be grateful to the Apple Valley Banfield team for their attentiveness, quick action, and genuine care. Without them, we would never have caught this in time.”
