“I came in to this credit union based on a mail flyer about lower credit for refinancing car loan. The first time I came in was on a Saturday and the gal I had was very nice, but we could not unfreeze it.
I came in the following Thursday and she was able to get it frozen for me. Her name is JYNAH LASH. I was here for over two hours and she was an incredible incredible lady. I could not get over the difference in my two credit unions. The other one was much less accepting and friendly. I am so blown away. I’ve been telling everybody about Genesis since I came Thursday! I have some brain difficulties and she accepted them and just worked with me like I was a normal person! The manager had introduced himself and he too was nice. MARINA was the first one to help me and she was a sweetheart too
I appreciated her expertise in her knowledge and her kindness and her help especially with my lack of ability on an iPhone! Keep her around! The lady at the desk too what’s her name? Oh, it’s Shirley she is also an incredible person. Everybody is so friendly here so kind and I feel really like it’s a family!”
