Zada did such an amazing job today breaking the ice and being a wonderful active listener. I was a little overwhelmed trying to learn about mattresses online (and I almost bought a cheap one randomly off the internet, but after laying on a few I realize I would have hated what I would have bought blindly). Instead, Zada helped me feel not rushed as I was set to go around a whole store. She listened and remembered what I was saying (even when I wasn’t really keeping track of which ones I was trying because I was trying to take all the styles in.) I felt she was being genuine and I never felt judged, as it’s a little self-conscious taking a nap in public (or talking about your ratty old mattress). She actually requested multiple times that I lay longer and it was helpful to actually relax and not feel rushed or pressured.
I was at this location because I was with someone who had a previous great experience at this location, who had convinced me this was the place to go for a mattress. I had no intentions of doing more than trying a couple today but I really feel confident I made a good investment today- the Purple Plus was the best for my back pain, and I could really feel some differences. Zada was so knowledgeable and patient, and their customer service was above and beyond- I was actually so happy to hear there’d be a place to leave a review because I love leaving good ones. There were other workers who also greeted us and gave a quick intro to the store, but Zada’s patience, humor and ability to educate helped me make a decision I’ve been putting off for years. I had just spent months online shopping for bed frames- I’m wary of fast decisions without options. I am so excited I had a great experience and made this investment.”
