“I returned to the store last weekend after being really impressed with my mattress shopping experience last year. I came in with a list of items I wanted to check out. The salesperson showed me the items but then showed me comparable models that he had in stock. He saved me about $1000 that I had planned to spend and got me higher quality pieces that still fit the space I needed. The whole process of shopping and purchasing is so pleasant. The staff is attentive but never pushy, always offering their best price, which is often a HUGE steal. Not only that, but the "vibes" in the store are so positive. You can tell the staff has been working together a long time based on their interactions together, camaraderie, and overall cheerful tone. They were efficient, helpful, and very willing to help support you in your budget. I don't know why anyone would choose NOT to shop here. Highly recommend 15/10 stars”

“My wife inherited a large chest that her grandfather made. It had about 14 layers of paint from 100 years of use. She took to stripping it herself and put quite a bit of time in but it seemed like a never-ending job.I brought it to Dale before Christmas and he was able to complete the stripping and refinish it in time for the holiday. As someone familiar with the labor and materials involved, I think Dale charged a very reasonable price, especially considering the level of his skill. Highly recommend.”

“I bought two twin sets from here. Got it delivered, and the delivery guy tried to give me a smaller twin box spring that didn't match. I told him it's not mine and I did not pay for that. The wrong box was half the size of the original one...He wouldn't take it back and told me I'll have to order another one and pay for delivery again. I was furious at that point and called the store. They were happy to correct their mistake. The delivery guy took the wrong box back and dropped off the correct box within the hour. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, as I've purchased from them before.”

“This store has some nice looking furniture, art, and other home goods, but I was not acknowledged at any point while in the shop. I was the only customer at the time. I walked directly past the person working, twice. They were looking at a computer while eating an apple and didn’t once look up. It was honestly the oddest thing. Owning a small brick and mortar myself, I know that greeting people is an extremely important part of working behind the counter.”

“James is a Rock Star! My disabled sister needed a more stable coffee table to support her when she gets up from her chair. I found a used, beefy table with a lifting lid, but the mechanism needed to be reversed so she could access the drawers while seated. James quoted me a reasonable price and had it ready by the end of the week. They even fixed some scratches on the table top at no extra charge. The table functions well, looks great and will provide my sister with a stable support -- well done!”

“Walking in here felt like I was transported into an old world market in India or Egypt. Or maybe that was just me. This place has all kinds of unique furnishings for your home. And if you ever want a Tiffany style stain glass lamp, this is the place to go. They were EVERYWHERE. On almost every piece of furniture. And believe me, there was a lot of furniture. Not only did they have stained glass lamps, but stained glass decorative pieces that you could hang in your window. There were quite a few of those, too. The furniture is all rich, dark stained wood pieces. At first blush, they all looked very well made, but I didn't investigate them very thoroughly. I was just walking through. The back quarter of the warehouse-type store was all Persian-type rugs. All sizes and shapes and lots of them. If ever you were looking for a rug, this might be a good place to look for selection. The store is right off Hwy 280 next to the ApplianceSmart. Take the Como Ave exit to get to it. When I was there just last week, they had a 40% off sale everything in the store. From what I hear, this is a common occurrence. If you're looking for a Tiffany lamp, or an unusual piece of furniture, come here and browse a little. You should find something you like.”

“So, we're still in the middle of our kitchen reno, but I have to tell you how amazing Tom is. Tonight I had a scare that my water heater wasn't working. I contacted Tom to just get a plumber's number. Instead, he said he would come out himself! That right there is amazing service you don't find anymore. Regarding the reno, so far we have been thoroughly impressed, and that's a tall order with my husband. Everything has been on schedule, communication has been impeccable, and quality of work thus far is top notch. Before we made our choice, Tom listened to what we wanted and created an amazing 3D computer design. We were excited to work with him. And now I am so happy we are. I'll post pics when it's all finished!”

As I was walking through the Personals Section, I mentioned to my friend that accompanied me that I was looking for Witch Hazel. A Target Staff Member overheard me and said, "I can get that for you" and she proceeded through the busy crowd to retrieve the item and brought it back to me. She mentioned that "witch hazel hides on the shelf, very easy to overlook." I appreciated her willingness to go above and beyond and get the item for me while I waited a few isles away. Everything was clean, organized and well stocked during my visit. I found some great deals on Storage Solutions the Children's Board Books were also on sale, buy 2 get 1 free and another deal offering 25% off. I found everything I was looking for in during this shopping trip, and some fun items for the Holidays. Like most Target locations, Midway also has a Starbucks inside as well as an excellent Hot Food & Cold Food section. The bakery is always stocked with fresh breads, cupcakes, cakes and everything in between. There is plenty of Parking, including Handicap parking and Target is Handicap accessible as well as the bathrooms. The Midway location is on the Public Transportation line with access to both the Metro Train Line and the Metro Bus Line. It is near Highway 94 with an exit on Hamline, which is the cross street of Target.You also have the option to order ahead for curbside pickup, pick up in the store at the Customer Service desk, or for delivery when you order $35 or more. You can join Target's Delivery Service for $99 per year, which offer unlimited delivery, or you can pay $9.99 per delivery. You're able to earn points for each purchase through your Target App and you can use your earnings towards purchases made in store or online with Target.I love Target so much. This place has mostly everything you need, and I love the $5 and under section near the entrance. As I'm sure most of you know, Target is a dangerous place to be sometimes because you come in for 2 things and leave with 20 but either way- I wouldn't change this store at all. They are doing a great job at the Target Midway.”
