There are no dealer fees, no hidden charges, and no bait‑and‑switch tactics. They’re transparent about what they sell. “I met these people when they towed me from a breakdown I had near downtown. Jerry Jr. Towed me to the lot & Jerry Sr. Arranged to fix my car sold me a nice $4,000.00 car to use while mine got fixed(Only took 2 days but I needed a car)almost 3 years later I'm still driving or my son is driving the car I bought from Jerry. Anything under $5,000.00 is a gift & a blessing. All cars wether you drive a Mercedes or a Yugo all cars are maintenance items & need work. A car isn't an investment it's an expense. “We accepted delivery of a brand new van on Thursday (8/20). By Saturday morning (8/22) it was completely dead. Toyota was able to jump start our van but the ramp is still not working. I have yet to receive a response from the Mobility Works 'emergency' number. Disappointed is an understatement. I expect more from a 90k vehicle.
8/24 update
Local staff were able to identify the issue. They are repairing it and have provided a loaner vehicle. I think we're judged best by how folks respond when things don't go according to plan. I believe Mobility Works Roseville is doing their best to make it right.”
