“We accepted delivery of a brand new van on Thursday (8/20). By Saturday morning (8/22) it was completely dead. Toyota was able to jump start our van but the ramp is still not working. I have yet to receive a response from the Mobility Works 'emergency' number. Disappointed is an understatement. I expect more from a 90k vehicle. 8/24 update Local staff were able to identify the issue. They are repairing it and have provided a loaner vehicle. I think we're judged best by how folks respond when things don't go according to plan. I believe Mobility Works Roseville is doing their best to make it right.”

“The gentleman who prechecked my vehicle found way more issues than I would of seen so I wouldn't be held responsible for a couple dents and scratches. I did catch the cigarette burns on the passenger seat that he missed, but to be fair, the burns just looked like some fuzz on the seat. When I checked in the vehicle, another gentleman thanked me when I let him know I fixed up the car's setting. For some reason, the interior lights and keyless entry had been disabled. I asked if that was normal and he said it normally isn't disabled.”

“The guy who runs this place is a strait ahead professional, with a streak of kindness. Everything goes exactly as I would wish, every time I’ve rented here. I don’t go anywhere else here in the Twin Cities for a car.”
