She spent about an hour with me while i tried on different shoes. I'm not a runner, but I needed shoes for walking after recovering from a broken ankle and I'm really happy with the pair I chose. The two staff members that were there were very friendly and helpful, and the store has a good vibe. i did use the measurement scan which was very cool. for a small local shop they had lot's of services and choices. I will definitely go back there next time I need a pair of shoes!”

Lovely independent brands, always a good array of sizes and colours, and online ordering is fast and easy. The staff are very helpful too and I like to see how they style the pieces themselves. “I really appreciate Schuler Shoes. As I get older I need a well made, supportive shoe and this is the place to go to find them. I love that they have a sales rack in the back of the store. Because I love to find a deal! The Maple Grove store is my favorite, but I've had similar experiences at the Wayzata and St Louis Park locations. There is always someone available to help and get you a pair to try on. I prefer to look around at first on my own and there is always someone asking if I need assistance. When I do narrow my selections down I've found the employees I've interacted with are knowledgeable and helpful. Though the prices are higher you are getting really great quality foot wear that will last. A mush better investment that will keep your feet happy!”

“I can not Thank Aida, the Board Certified Pedorthist enough! She completely turned my foot and knee issues around in a single visit, by working her magic to find the best shoes and inserts for me. Well worth making the appointment and spending the hour with her. I went from hobbling with severe foot and knee pain to being able to walk pain free over night!I have been struggling with foot issues and then knee issues for a year. I was given the wrong pair of shoes and the wrong inserts, they pushed my knee and ankle the wrong direction and rubbed on my toe wrong. I progressively got worse and worse. Went to an orthopedic emergency room who gave me a huge cortisone shot 8 months ago that didn’t help at all. They told me I needed a knee replacement. Instead of going I. For more cortisone, I decided to make an appointment at Schuler Shoes with Aida. She measured, taught me so much about sizes and different shoes and inserts, and matched me with the perfect shoes and inserts. I can now walk again without pain! Who knew the power of a good pair of shoes and a wise woman could be such a life changer! Thanks Aida!!❤️”

“Excellent top notch customer service. I came in to the store after buying a pair of Red Wing boots second hand from someone. They were my size but were hurting the top of my foot. Ryan, the store manager, was SO knowledgeable. He immediately was familiar with the name and style of my boots and knew right away what the problem was. It was a simple as the thickness of socks I was wearing. He let me try on a different pair of thicker socks and my feet immediately felt better. He let me keep the socks even! This is why Red Wing is the best there is. I will definitely be back in for all my work boots and shoes. A+++ across the board. A stellar product backed by stellar service.”

“The guy was prompt, very good customer service. Worked out quickly what I might need. He was very knowledgeable and really gave me a great fitting boot, in the style I liked. We went over soles and he recommended the right ones I do believe. It’s a first time for me getting red wing boots and it was excellent. Really like how they fit work all day standing on feet at O’Reilly Auto. Not enough I could say about the salesman. I will be coming back for more, might be the only place I stop for boots in future, due to how good everything worked and was solved for me. Also love the foot machine, really gave me some perspective.”
