The store manager helped me to look at Healthy Back Bags and tennis shoes. He really knows his stock and understands feet. “Best service experience ever!!!There’s a girl named Max who was super nice and helpful. I was intending to only take a peek at one pair of shoes that I saw outside of the store. At the moment I was not really think of buying them. But she offered me so many pair of shoes that I might like based on what I picked at first and brought them out together for me to try on.
So, of course, I bought two pairs of shoes home that day. She’s a really talented seller.”
“Went to Bonobos on the recommendation of a good friend who dresses much nicer than I do. Worked with Daemon who was absolutely fantastic! He listened to what I needed, then walked through different options in a supportive and not pushy way. I brought pictures of clothes/shoes I had at home which was helpful for him to see what could be paired with the new clothes I bought. Overall it was a great experience thanks to Daemon, I highly recommend shopping there vs. stores at the mall as they have better service, better clothing, and a relaxed atmosphere.”

“I wanted to give a big shout out to customer service for Minnetonka. My order of knee high boots came with a small defect and I filed for some support. My concern was handled literally the next business day in the morning. Not only was it handled, it handled in a great way. Shout out to Colin, especially, who was communicative and gave a host of options to address my concerns. I also got discounts for future shopping. With that said, the boots are also amazing. Fit is perfect. Boots are soft and comfy. Minnetonka customer for life. Thank you Colin!

“You can always get a good deal at Famous Footwear. My youngest son just went through a huge growth spurt, foot-wise. He jumped almost two and a half sizes without us knowing, somehow.So I got him two size 9 and 1/2s. A pair of New Balance sneakers, and a pair of Adidas slides. Made out like a bandit.. 65 bucks.”

“I’ve been coming here for my last 5 or 6 pairs of running shoes. I enjoy the customer service and the opportunity to try pairs on compared to shopping online. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy, and stock is generally very good for the store’s size. Prices are high and sales seem few and far between but that is not unique to this store, more of a problem with the 2026 running gear market in general. Shoutout to Ruby who was very helpful today in helping me pick out a pair of Brooks. All in all I would recommend this store to any runner in mpls!”
