Had another printer (closer to home) get behind and cancel my print job the day before a big conference (like 3pm the day before). ?Not fabulous news when you go to pick up printing that should already be done.
Got ahold of Jen at Allegra! She was efficient, professional and incredibly helpful! She managed to get all the print jobs done: even with varying quantities, paper changes, collating, stapling and color / bnw requests for about 12 different files! Everything was turned around quickly & ready at 8am the very next day.

“Last Friday I panicked when I realized I had put off dealing with a belated Christmas gift I needed embroidered for my friend coming into town that evening. That morning I called many places and the average turnaround time was 2+ weeks, but the shop owner here said she could have it done by the end of day!
