Absolutely horrible to deal with. Won't approve the one medication for my condition that is fda approved for it.

The worst company I have dealt with. They deny you your medication to save money. Rude and un-knowledgeable staff. I had them one time try and switch my medication and then try and explain to me why I would be better off with an "affordable" brand. Borderline criminal company. How they are legal is anyone's guess.
