Fredy Auto Repair is known for its friendly and helpful staff who provide good service. Customers appreciate the quick diagnosis of issues and timely repairs, with one customer noting a problem was resolved within a day. However, some reviews mention concerns about extra charges and unfinished work, such as a tire light remaining on and a hubcap not being replaced properly. Overall, the shop offers a mix of affordable and more expensive services, but the staff's attitude makes the experience worthwhile.
