Very nice and friendly staff. However, my biggest piece of advice is to avoid the chat bot, online webpage process and the voice bot when calling the customer support line to extend your rental. My attempt failed with all 3 options. The problem was solved in about 42 seconds when I talked to a human customer support staff...

Our experience with Hertz rentals was excellent. The check-in process, the lovely vehicle, the comfort and ease of driving the vehicle, and the return process—all of the above was outstanding.

A woman here is noisy, talking harshly, Loud. Made me feel very uncomfortable. And this isn't when she was talking to me. This was when she was assisting others. I just recommend she breaths and let's the person shes helping talk once in a while.
