“My wife’s wedding band was surgically cut in two to treat a severe hand laceration. We brought the parts to the Highland Park store to see if it could be salvaged. Mike helped determined it was repairable, and as he wrote up our work order, seeing we had purchased the ring at R.F. Moeller decades ago, told us the repair was covered. That was unexpected!
