They have a lot of healthy foods, and herbal medicine to choose from. Love getting loose leaf teas. They have a small area with precooked meals, too. Several vegan options and seasonal ingredients. Will be back. ? Updated from previous review on 2024-03-11

Great produce but everything else is slightly overpriced. Also their meat section is slim.
