I’ve take our two cats here for just over a year since moving to the area. Pricing is affordable and reasonable, they don’t push unnecessary products or labs, and they happily answer any and all questions my anxious cat mom brain comes up with. I’ve also been impressed by their willingness to help over the phone when we’ve had issues between annual exams. They were able to diagnose our cat with cat pink eye and get him antibiotic cream without the added stress of a vet visit for him. I also love that they provide calming blankets and lots of treats. They approach each animal calmly and our usually skittish Murphy has never fled of fear! Seriously cannot recommend enough. Thank you!

1144 Arcade Street, Saint PaulThere are genuinely no words for the absolutely wonderful service at Arcade Animal Hospital. Dr. Jane has been seeing our pets for years. Our dog Butch loved Dr. Jane as soon as he met her, and he did until he passed at almost 17. Our dog Valkyrie is nervous, but she still gives Dr. Jane more love than she does with most people.
We recently inherited our dog Thumper, and Dr. Jane was there for her the very same day she got a leg injury. Now my cat Bellatrix has recently been diagnosed with diabetes, and there is literally no way I would have been able to navigate this without Dr. Jane. Bellatrix needs twice-daily insulin and consistent glucose testing, and at the beginning of treatment she needs to be seen pretty often. Dr. Jane has not only cared for her so carefully, but has also researched cost-saving options for me. I’ve never once been judged for mistakes while learning how to manage Bellatrix’s care, and I’ve always been greatly encouraged for the effort I’ve put in.
I have never seen a vet offer such fair prices for their services either. I am so deeply grateful for Arcade Animal Hospital, and as long as they’re open, I would never trust my little babies with anyone else. 🐾

Small Animal Hospital
1365 Gortner Ave, St PaulI am so thankful to have this team as my dogs primary care vet! I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience with them and their team. I enjoy the ability to go back to the room with my dog for her appointments and the team is knowledgeable and compassionate. My dog sees Dr. O’Brien who is so incredibly kind and always explains things exceptionally well. I appreciate their transparency with costs - my pup will be needing a teeth cleaning in the near future and they were very transparent with me that the cost would be higher than other vets, I believe due to them having a veterinary anesthesiologist on staff. I really appreciate the heads up and knowledge they provide. The students are phenomenal as well! I would like to at least give a heads up to those who are unfamiliar with this clinic - this is a teaching facility. The students at the UMN veterinary school gain their practice here and with that, appointments may take longer as to give the students their opportunity to learn. They are always supervised by a licensed vet who will double check anything to be certain, but the students do a fantastic job!
I’ve also utilized their urgent care/emergency care option as well (as many pet owners might have to) and it is also nothing short of amazing. My poor pup injured her back a month or two ago and they got us in mere hours later and got to the bottom of her pain right away and promptly got us her prescriptions to help her out. Not to mention, when she had to be given a shot, they took her to the back and met us in the lobby and to my surprise, she was given a UMN Vet bandana “because everyone loves her so much” which brought so much joy to me during a day filled with a lot of stress and worry.
I cannot thank this team enough for always going the extra mile. I’m thankful my dog loves going to the vet and I’m always happy to allow them to take any extra time they need to use my pup as a teaching opportunity as I bet it’s fairly uncommon to get a dog that loves the vet as much as mine.

My friend recommended Dog Days. It's very conveniently located near where I live. The staff were friendly, answered my questions, and put me at ease about Ranger's first day and evaluation. They checked in with me mid-day, and Ranger had a successful and enjoyable first day! He's been sleeping pretty much since we got home, and was relaxed when I picked him up. He's content, and so am I. We look forward to bring Ranger back for another fun filled day with new friends.

The staff didn’t notice us when we first came in so we waited for a few minutes to order but they felt so bad for having us wait that they gave us 20% off our orders, some pistachio baklava, and chicken with garlic sauce. We weren’t even upset but they have such good costumer service that they made sure we knew they didn’t mean to. Not saying you should expect free food but if you’re kind and patient, these fellas will take good care of you. Also learned that the patio set up was recently constructed and its so cute! They also gave a couple girls a bit of food for having good grades. Overall a very welcoming place!

It was easy to get to on the B line. They had lots of options, but we settled on a variety of appetizers instead of entrees. It took a little longer than expected to get the food, but it was super busy. Once here, the food was really good, well made, and seasoned well. Good atmosphere, fun accordion guy, and lots of vodka options at the bar.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and welcoming hospitality. I have a cinnamon intolerance but absolutely love fall-themed drinks. Unfortunately, most—if not all—of them contain cinnamon.
The ladies working today, October 13th at 11:00 AM (I wish I had caught their names!), were incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to make me a custom fall-themed drink with zero cinnamon, and by the way, it was amazing!
I highly recommend The Wild Bean if you’re in the area and looking for exceptional service and delicious coffee.
