2575 Fairview Ave N, RosevilleI ordered curbside pickup because I am injured and cannot walk well and have a torn rotator cuff so carrying a large bag of food would be rather difficult for me at this time. When I arrived at the Roseville location I opened the petco app and hit the “I’m here” button and it said someone would be right out with my order. No one came out .. after 10 minutes I attempted to call the store and I got a prerecorded message saying the store was closed at this time, even though it clearly was not - it was 8 they closed at 9 and there were still other customers going in and out of the store with purchases. I looked the phone number up just to double check I had the correct store and called again same thing. After 25 minutes I made my way inside and a girl was standing there doing nothing right by the front entrance and I explained my situation. Her response was “well the app doesn’t work to notify us you have to call”. I told her I did and that it said they were closed. She didn’t have any idea what to say … she went to get my order and another woman walked up and asked if I had been helped and before I could even respond she was gone. The girl came back with the order so much as threw the large bag of food and other item I had purchased at me and said “here ya go”. Not can I help you to the car.. not do you need help carrying this… not can I get you a cart even!! She literally stood and watched as I limped out of the store barely hanging into the bag of dog food. Some people are Absolutely not fit for customer service or even jobs with the general public at all. She was one of those people. I will not go back and I will drive to a further away location to make sure I don’t run into her again. Ridiculous!!!!

1720 Lexington Ave N, RosevilleOh, gosh, Sprinkles is pretty darn tasty. There are so many flavors and toppings, it can be almost overwhelming. The huge variety of flavors means you can try something new every time you visit, whether you want to completely change up from cone to malt to shake, add some brownies or sprinkles or bananes, or maybe you just want to play it safe and stick with your tried and true favorite flavor. My partner and I love to stop by Sprinkles for a tasty frozen treat any time, especially in the hot summer evenings.
The cherry on top is the unique, historic building that Sprinkles is located in - once the original MN Dairy Queen and an icon from my childhood. You just can't beat the large glass windows and neon lights!

The Tom Yum soup is some of the best I have ever had. Been here three times and I have not ordered anything else as it's so good. Trust me the food here is five out five without a doubt. So why the four star then? Well the service has been mixed for me here. The first time it was amazing. They were helpful and guided us to a great meal. The last two times it's been ok. The waitress the last time was tapping the table when my son was having a hard time deciding what to order. Not a good impression to leave. Also a small gripe as I am not a fan of restaurants that do not have soda from a fountain with free refills as 3 dollars for a can of pop is a bit much. The ambiance is classic Asian themed that fits the establishment well. Love the food and with a bit better service and options for drinks this would be a five easily.
