Target, a well-known retail store, offers a mixed shopping experience to its customers. While some reviews praise the store's good selection, friendly staff, and clean environment, others express disappointment with poor customer service, rude employees, and issues with the grocery delivery service. The store is described as having a "good selection" and "a lot of sales that weren't sales and bargains." However, some customers have encountered "rude employees who have racism in their character," leading to an unwelcoming atmosphere. The grocery delivery service, in particular, has been criticized for its lack of transparency and poor coordination. Customers complain about the inability to accurately plan meals and groceries due to the discrepancy between the online store and the actual in-store availability. The constant need for substitutions and the time-consuming process of communicating with the shopper are seen as disrespectful to the customer's time and money. Despite these issues, the store is generally well-staffed and clean, though the frequent need to find someone to unlock items can be a frustrating experience for shoppers. Overall, the reviews paint a mixed picture of Target, with both positive and negative aspects to the customer experience.
