“Xavier was a genuine hero!(Also, Falaq was very kind and helpful, when I called to follow up) .I will be forever grateful to Xavier for helping my autistic young adult son after he was harassed and his belongings were stolen on the Greenline train. He got off before his usual stop for work and entered the nearest store looking for help. It was this Metro By T-Mobile location and Xavier knew right away something was up. Xavier was a steady and calm presence when my son was confused and upset, calling me and keeping my son with him until I could get there. My son can often miss some social cues as he learns to be more independent but he knew right away that Xavier was a safe person and the store was a safe place.These good men are clearly the energy needed in our sometimes lively urban neighborhood. It is clear they see their work as more than just peddling electronic devices; they genuinely care about people in their community.Xavier is exactly the kind of man Mister Rogers was talking about when he said “look for the helpers”. I am so grateful for his kindness to my son.”

Too bad the owner of the Suburban Ave., MetroPCS St. Paul store is NOT helpful, especially when adding another plan on your account! 1) Make sure you get the actual phone as advertised, 2) get the plan you intended, and 3) he automatically adds phone insurance coverage - make sure you want this or not!”
“This store saved my trip! I forgot my laptop charger in my rush out the door for my conference trip this morning. My Lenovo laptop, with all my slides, and my ability to present at my conferences, ... all ruined by my stupid mistake. Sky Connect, thank you! I know stocking older laptop chargers might not seem profitable, everything is USB-C these days, others stores like iStore at the same airport don't bother stocking this stuff anymore, but you guys made a difference today. Thank you for having the charger I needed.”

I feel bad that some crazy drug people clogged their sewage line with clothes, but the workers stayed humble, honest, and helpful to me despite their bathrooms being out for a while. I would have crashed out if I were them. I like that there is security outside, as there are usually homeless out in this area, and I'm glad a security dude talked to a distracted driver who almost hit me with his car.”

“CJ was beyond helpful when I was trying to exchange a phone sold to me by the West St Paul corp location. The agent at WSP sold me a phone but failed to tell me the new model was coming out two days later. Although CJ was not able to get me the new phone to make the exchange, I am positive he did everything he could to try to make it happen for me. There was nothing in it for him which is how I know this is an reputable and honest business! He followed through with everything he said he would, was great at communicating, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store for anyone looking for honesty. The employees are not just there to make a buck off of you, they seem to truly care. All future Verizon purchases will be made at this store, CJ deserves a raise! :)”
