Service Advisor Kristie always kept me in the loop as to how the repairs were going and where they were at in the process. I got my car before the expected finish date which is an added plus. I will definitely go there again if need be.”
“Outstanding service! We lost a serp belt at 5pm on the interstate, 300 miles from home, and they were nearby and open. We pulled up and told Mike the situation. His sister pulled the car out of their single stall, and pulled ours in. He had a quick look around and determined the alternator/AC compressor/etc were working, and the serp belt had frayed off. His sister ran to the parts store, got the belt, he installed it, and we were back on the road about an hour after we got off! And we were shocked at how little they charged us for this extremely helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable service, all when we were in a bit of an emergency. He even gave us some tips on maintenance as we were finishing up. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”

“I've been pretty loyal to Brausen Auto, but I have had a suspicion that they are starting to really upcharge repairs in the last couple years. I looked around to other local shops, and had a great experience at Minnesota Repair. They quoted me $330 to replace the fuel tank straps on my truck. Brausen quoted me $600.Minnesota repair was able to get me in same day, but I opted for the next day (a Saturday). They had it all taken care of in 3 hours. No nonsense. They seem honest and hardworking and I really appreciate that.”

“After my old car dropped this hot muffler next to the gas pumps, a kind young man said they'd lift up the car and see if returning home to Park Rapids in it put me in obvious danger. Sure enough, it had popped a hole in the gas tank and was leaking, and the sweet guys checked fluids and tires too! Got home safely thanks to the Sinclair station (by chance it was the very station I recalled from having a toddler's crush on the dinosaur mascot, I always begged Dad to get gas there! Now you can go pet the big green sculpture between the pumps.)”

“The tow driver was informative on top of being friendly and professional. He taught me about battery tenders and provided excellent suggestions on maintaining a vehicle that doesn't get driven often (like once a week) while we were driving to the service station. This information will help me in the future and hopefully prevent future issues with the battery. And despite the -15 degree weather and the high call volume they had today, he arrived well within the expected time window.
I am highly impressed by this company and will recommend in the future!”

“*Thought* I needed a tow. Someone from Kievv and Krue were able to quickly come on a Friday evening to my workplace. He checked my vehicle out before towing to make sure it was the alternator. Turns out that was not the problem, and I didn’t end up needing the tow. He was super helpful and directed me to O’Reillys for a cheaper fix to the problem. Really helped me out!”

“During the cold spell a few weeks ago, my car wouldn't start. First, I called Triple A. They couldn't get it started. The next day, I called Guardian Towing, and they came out within an hour and my car started up right away. Kyle also personally called me and asked how my experience was and that was amazing! He answered all my questions. Guardian Towing seems to have a bad rep for some, but I've had nothing but positive experiences with them.”

“I had the misfortune of having my Tahoe towed early morning on Sept 18, 2024. When I called Rapid Recovery on Acker St. in St Paul, Greg was cordial and let me know what I needed to do to recover my vehicle. THAT was a lot of bad news. I did not have my vehicle registration or the $360 CASH needed. When I got to 14 Acker street, I learned there are NO EXCEPTIONS. I brainstormed with Greg who directed me to a local bar with a cash machine. The registration was more challenging. I was fortunate to be able to locate the title for my vehicle on ONE Drive on my Ipad. I could not get it to transmit to Greg. That is when, Greg's associate stepped in as the Ipad Wizard, and airdropped the image to his cell phone then to Greg to complete the transaction. Greg and Chris were awesome; made a very challenging problem solveable and got me on my way. I would not wish the towing recovery process on anybody but if it happens, I hope you have somebody as helpful as Greg and Chris at Rapid Recovery in St. Paul be there for you. I hope their supervisor appreciates these guys. Client-facing, helpful, smart employees with good attitudes are hard to find. Jerry Brennan”
