I was just there 6/11/2026 the lady behind the counter Shelly was extremely rude & unprofessional towards me.
I’ve always noticed that she’s rude only to people of color.
There needs to be better training at this site or place her in the back.
I’ll go to another post office next time!

Julie called my wife personally and followed up on a forwarding/change of address concern! We thought that was top notch customer service. She is not required to do that especially if it is not a complaint. We are impressed. Thank you!
