I arrived pretty last minute to the post office on a Friday and the lovely woman behind the counter was able to process my certified mail in under a minute and get me out the door. So grateful for all her help. She’s been wonderful before as well.

I was just there 6/11/2026 the lady behind the counter Shelly was extremely rude & unprofessional towards me.
I’ve always noticed that she’s rude only to people of color.
There needs to be better training at this site or place her in the back.
I’ll go to another post office next time!
