My experience is that I have to plan for lots of extra time if I’m picking up a prescription. Today for the second day in a row there has been a staffing issue and I left after 15 minutes - with 7 people still ahead of me. There is a woman at Walgreens Highland St Paul who was very helpful, knows where everything is, extremely nice and patient given that I was torturing her- give this person a raise! Mad CS skills
