Ryan and Olivia are two of the nicest, most genuine people you could ever hope to work with on a project. As a wheelchair user, they went above and beyond to make sure their office suite would be accessible to me, even going so far as to offer to meet with me outside the suite when I was having issues with my wheelchair. They worked with me and my partner from start to finish on designing my dream engagement ring with a sapphire center stone. Ryan and Olivia were incredibly responsive every step of the way, happily made adjustments when requested, and met with us several times to make sure the ring was exactly what I wanted.

The end result was stunningly beautiful and perfect! It was also VERY reasonably priced compared to most other custom jewelry options.

As an aside, the original sapphire I’d ordered for my ring off Etsy came chipped and defective. Ryan and Olivia transformed that stone into an absolutely beautiful necklace that I’m now wearing almost daily. 💜
