    “Wow! What an amazing accidental find. We wanted coffee while driving home from the Duluth area and found this cute spot along the way! I believe the owners were who were there and they were so kind and knowledgeable. I loved that I could get a coffee while being at an little shop with healthy food. I recognized many of the brands as what I have in my vegan and gluten free home. If everyone ran a business like this the world would be a much better place. Thank you for being here and open and available.”

    “Most staff at Chris’s are pleasant and helpful. It’s generally clean. Prices are higher than other large stores which is to be expected given the smaller area they serve. Today was an anomaly in my usual local stop. The cashier was aloof and utterly unhelpful. Wanting to use my points the cashier just said “the screen freezes”. I waited for her to fix it so I could get my $10 off but she silently stared at me. I asked again and she said she already told me it freezes; No offer to get help from someone else, no offer to click the button back (I’m assuming they can do that because the screen said ask cashier and I have had a different cashier do it before!) So I paid the extra money took my things and thanked for her the total lack of anything resembling customer service. She would get one star. The usual staff I see are kind and pleasant. So idk if this cashier was having a bad day but I don’t ever see this at Chris’s so I’m still leaving 4 stars.”

On May 29, the retailer said its 30-minute-or-less delivery had reached 33 U.S. markets, adding a wave of new cities across the Northeast.
