“My friend convinced me to take a class here knowing I have not done yoga before and don’t enjoy being in hot climates. I am glad she did because I loved it! The class I went to was a sculpt class and I felt like it worked muscles I don’t get to with other workouts. The heat was intense for me, but somehow felt great. It was very cleansing and I left feeling relaxed and was hooked. I like that they offer a package of classes to use during a time period because my schedule does not allow me to commit to a monthly membership. I highly recommend trying them out as their first class is complimentary :)”

“Great place to work out! Clean, reasonably priced, and never too busy. The small group training and 1 on 1 training with Gary is great. He’s very knowledgeable and has helped me work though old injuries strengthening my body so they don’t even bother me anymore! He also adapts on the fly as this 45 year old construction body tries to find new ways to make me feel old! We overcome and strengthen so I can heal when I need healing and help protect me from new injuries! He’s the best trainer in the area! I don’t know what they’re paying him but hopefully it’s really good so he sticks around!”

“I’ve been coming to this gym for over 5 years, and I honestly have no plans to switch. It’s always clean, well-maintained, and has every machine I need for my workouts. The sauna, pool are great bonus and one of the best things is that it never feels overcrowded like many other gyms. The staff does a great job keeping everything in excellent condition. Highly recommend!”
