“I joined this gym ~9mo ago and have loved it. Scott (or his mother if he is leading class) say hi and bye to everyone walking in/out = community. I love the kickboxing classes and try to make every one. In the classes its a mix of those who are training to fight competitively and those, like me, who are just there for a good workout. A zillion machines to choose from both upstairs and downstairs. Sauna is nice & I routinely see Scott cleaning it, and everyone in it is respectful in the close quarters. As a bonus, no annual contracts, it's all monthly in advance. Overall Scott makes this place a community where people try, laugh, and sweat alot. Highly recommend and encourage others to visit and see if its for them, but shush, its a secret”

“Visiting family for the holidays and Lions fitness was the perfect gym during my time home. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Knock out some Olympic lifts and finish with some fan bike sprints, ball slams or box jumps. Super low key, clean and welcoming environment. Highly recommend.”

“We have had a wonderful experience with Trois Rivieres Training. My son is a second year PeeWee and did the summer training program last summer. The treadmill was really helpful and he loved the addition of the on ice sessions to the program. He broke his arm last summer in a hockey try-out and the staff was great about modifying his training to what he was able to do. Great group to work with. Highly Recommend!!”

“Couldn't say enough good things about the people who run the program and the people that attend the program. It's never easy to start something new. They have certainly set me on a positive path and I am grateful.”

“10/29/2022: UPDATED. My first time using the facility. It was really dead on unusually nice Saturday afternoon for November. Perhaps six people in the whole place and really quiet. For the most part I was okay with the facility. I was able to get a reasonably good sauna, and the staff person was helpful and friendly. It seems to be well cared for except for a couple of details, like a rusty soap cages and in the two more private showers, and some cleaning needed on the swimsuit extractor machine. They have a number of workout machines that are basically quite dated as they are hydraulic push against resistance style where you can't vary the amount of effort it takes. Not something I would bother to use. They do have others but it's kind of a mishmash of different things, not any set of cohesive machines you could use in a sequence. Nearly all of the upper part of the stacked lockers - men's - are rented out at $8 month, so about 60 are taken, with just a few available, but zip tied so non-renters have to use the lower ones - kind of tough on the lower back if that's a concern for you - they should be left open for use until rented. I'll go back, but from my location it's 16 miles round trip, so more costly with high gas prices. With gyms location is a big factor. Most people want to fit it into their regular travel, of have it close by, so the distance my limit my use.10/22/2022: First impressions. I stopped into tour and sign up. Jason the manager, and Dana at the front desk where very friendly and helpful. I haven't used the facility, but it has most of the things that I would want, including a sauna. They have a nice cozy bar with food, and what looks like quality racquetball courts. They were having a pickleball tournament today outdoors. My first impression was that it is clean and friendly, not a gigantic place or necessarily the newest but probably a place where you would get to know some of the regular people. With their permission I took some pictures which I will post. The locker room was the men's and that's where the sauna is. They also have several other weight rooms, basketball, and volleyball. When I have more experience I'll update this review.”

“I have been a member at Peak Physique for 5+ years, and it has been such a positive influence to my life. All of the coaches are excellent, and take a personal interest in your fitness and health journey. The coaches do an excellent job at programming fun and challenging workouts, and create an awesome atmosphere while leading the workouts. The other members of Peak have become like family, which makes the Peak experience even better. I would highly recommend Peak Physique to anyone looking for a positive and welcoming environment to start or continue your health and wellness journey.”

“Well, it’s cleaner than the Minneapolis location. I mean, the bar is pretty low in that respect lol. But I appreciate it. I don’t feel like I’m gonna get sick from walking in the front door. But a lot of the equipment is designed for ONLY tall people so I guess if you’re shorter than 5 ft 7, SCREW YOU! As a short person it’s super annoying. Like oh, I guess I’m not allowed to do calf extensions because I’m only 5 ft 3 ?I mean, the one in Minneapolis has a seat that slides back and forwards like the seats in a car do, this one just goes up and down so if you have short legs you’re SOL. The back extension is the same way, the shortest adjustment available is still so tall it doesn’t sit right at the hip hinge, it’s way up on my stomach which is really uncomfortable. I had to put a weight on the foot plate to give it a little more height and it kinda helped but it’s still not right for my foot placement because it’s not wide enough but two weight plates side by side would just fall on the floor bc they rest on the middle support thingy.I do like that they have 2 sets of barbells tho, and idk how many smith machines but it’s definitely more than Mpls has. And I haven’t gotten back to my full workout routine since moving up here but I wanna say 4 cables? It didn’t appear there were any lines to use the cables, from where I was working out, anyway. I hate when I have to work in with someone and they take way too long for their sets. I do like that they seem to have plenty of equipment for everyone. They don’t have any yoga balls, tho…”
