“Great gym! Wonderful coaches and classes, they do a great job to make sure you're challenged and do the exercises correctly. The owners really try their best to make classes work for everyone and that says a lot too. Lots of options for classes to choose from between DFT, CrossFit, Strength, or Crave. Would definitely recommend this gym to others if you like class-based exercising.”

“I was in town for a week on vacation and decided to drop in - so glad I did! I attended the 5am or 6am classes, Monday through Friday. Jeremy was fantastic - knowledge, encouraging, and funny. He is great at teaching technique. The classes were just what I like - heavy lifting, mixed with conditioning. The members are extremely welcoming! I will be back next year for sure!”
