“Gate City bank and all of its employees have been so wonderful to work with! Megan, Ryan, Jessica, and Jack have all assisted me many times! Whenever I come in or call they greet me with kindness, know me by name, and are so incredibly helpful! All of their rates are competitive and they really take the time to answer all my banking questions whether it be loans, checking, savings, CDs, or home equity. I have a personal and business checking there both of which were simple to set up and easy to access. I love being able to go to the bank to get a new debit card when needed so I don't have to wait 10 days for it to come in the mail. I earn rewards for using my debit card which I also love!
